The logistics committee is in-charge of the following:
1. Advertising: Making and distributing flyers of the event to those that could be potential attendees. Coordinating the registration of chapters on an inter-state level. Coordinating the T-shirt designs and distribution.
2. Food: Figuring out costs of light meals such as breakfast or lunch. Coordinating the type of food and the timing of it.
3. Accommodations: This includes hotel, transportation, and room reservations.
4. Details: This includes the details of social events such as name tags, programs, and general decor.
